TIPS FOR SURVIVING THE 31st HAUNT EXPERIENCE

• No costume props or handheld items are allowed inside. No Exceptions.

• While outside the haunt, feel free to take photos and patiently wait on line for your soul to be captured. 

• While inside the haunt, no food, drinks, bottles, recording devices, flash photography, or flashlights are allowed.

• Leave personal items with a fellow trick or treater in your group. We are not responsible for lost items. We cannot be responsible for items left on side while you enter the haunt.

• Mistreating any performer or homeowner will result in you being told to leave our private property and or authorities will be called to delegate the issue.

• Wearing heels or flip-flops are discouraged – they tend to end up in our lost and found. Gone forever.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE

• Parking: Free street parking is available on Clear Villa Lane. Please do not park in front of no parking signs, private driveways or sidewalks. 

• Lock your cars and do not leave valuables out in the open when parking. The 31st Haunt is not responsible for theft from or damage to parked vehicles on Clear Villa Lane. 

• Expect a wait time to get into the haunt. We try to move as quickly as possible to make sure everyone can enjoy the little bit of our halloween haunt.

• No groups allowed to enter together. Only 2 people will enter together. If you arrived with more in your party, you will be split into smaller groups of 2 to enter.

• Please DO NOT ENTER the restricted areas with the yard displays or props. Any damage to the props will result in police being called for damages to personal property. 

• There will be a photo op area at the Underworlds Throne or The Crypt Keepers Coffin. 

ENTERING THE HAUNT

• No Pushing

• No Running

• No Touching Props 

• Do Not (We Repeat) Do Not Touch The Actors

• No Going Back The Entrance Will Disappear. There is only one way out. So follow the path.

Door Prizes between 8:00pm sharp

• Selection will be done by Scarecrow himself or one of his horror buddies 👻🎃😈🤡💀

• One prize for younger age group 5yrs - 12yrs of age

• One prize for older age group 13yrs - 18yrs of age

• So come with your best costume so Death Keeper & Friends can find you

DONATE TO HELP VETERANS

• All donations collected will benefit a Veteran Program to Help Soldiers dealing with PTSD or other military related injuries and or a local veteran and his family in need of assistance. 

• We Accept All Donations Starting At $1 or more.
